Free Delivery

All products featured on our website which are over £50 will be delivered free of charge within the specified lead time unless otherwise stated below. Orders under £50 will be subject to a £10 delivery charge. Our efficient delivery service ensures that your product arrives as quickly and safely as possible.

Delivery is FREE to most UK mainland destination. Extra charges may apply on some products to certain destinations. The following postcodes will incur a minimal charge

Order Confirmation

Once we have received your order, you will receive an automatic order confirmation by e-mail. This will confirm the method of delivery for your order. For some smaller items, your delivery date will be confirmed in your order confirmation e-mail. For all other items a member of our delivery team with contact you in due course to arrange a suitable delivery date. Please advise our delivery team of any vehicle or handling restrictions that affect your property.

Delivery Method

Buydeckingdirect has been working closely with its chosen transport companies for over five years. Some of our smaller products will be delivered by a nationwide parcel delivery company who has been operating since the early 1980s whose service is second to none. For larger items, we use a trusted third party home delivery provider.

Your delivery will be made to a safe location within your property boundary, and where possible this will be off any public footpaths or highways. We ask that you ensure there is sufficient space on your property to accept the order. Deliveries are made between 8a.m. and 6p.m., Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).

Our delivery team will give you at least 24 hours' notice of your delivery. If you will not be available on the delivery date, please inform Buydeckingdirect of this. Our distributor will not leave the product unless there is someone present to sign for it, unless you have given prior authorisation to do so.

If you have agreed a delivery date and on this date either no one is present (unless agreed with Buydeckingdirect), or no safe location is available off public footpaths or highways for delivery of the product, the product will be returned to our distribution depot and a calling card left. To have the product re-delivered you will need to pay a re-delivery charge of £35 before the product will be released for re-delivery.

If you are offered a delivery date that is inconvenient, you can refuse the proposed delivery date. Please be aware that refusing this date may extend the lead-time beyond that published.

Delivery Lead Times

The lead-time for each product is identified within the product detail page. Provided any payment by credit or debit card has been confirmed, any cheque has been cleared and subject to stock availability, we will aim to deliver your product within this lead-time. As mentioned above, refusal of a given delivery date may extend the lead-time beyond that published.

Receipt of Delivery

Upon delivery of the product please inspect the package and product before signing for the delivery. Please ensure that any damage noted at this point is endorsed clearly on the proof of delivery. If you experience any problems at the point of delivery please contact us directly on 0844 248 9891 whilst the driver is still with you. At this point we will evaluate the problem and discuss with you the best course of action.
